1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Mi Botiquín you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. What Mi Botiquín is

Mi Botiquín is an app to organize your medicines, schedule dose reminders, look up leaflet information and answer questions with an assistant. It is a personal organization tool.

⚕️ Important medical notice. Mi Botiquín is not a medical device and does not replace the advice, diagnosis or treatment of a healthcare professional. The information it provides (including the Boti assistant's answers) is for guidance only and may contain errors. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist for any questions about your medication. In an emergency, call the emergency services.

3. Proper use

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to attempt to damage, copy, decompile or access it in an unauthorized way. You are responsible for the information you enter.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Purchases are made and managed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the period, from your Apple account settings.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its name, design and content belong to its developer and are protected by applicable law. You are granted no rights over them beyond normal use of the app.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, nor for decisions made based on the information shown. Remember the medical notice in section 2.

7. Changes

We may modify these terms. We will publish the current version on this page. Continued use of the app implies acceptance of the changes.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For any questions you can write to hola@mibotiquin.app.
